CoralLedger Comply offers three paths: Single Business (for owners managing their own VAT), Accounting Firm (for BICA-affiliated accountants managing client portfolios), and VAT Advisor / Group (for independent VAT advisors, consultants, or group finance teams managing compliance across multiple entities). Accounting Firm and VAT Advisor / Group share the same pricing tier.

Both paths unlock the same multi-entity features — up to 25 clients or entities — at $99/mo founder pricing. Accounting Firm is designed for BICA-affiliated practices managing client portfolios. VAT Advisor / Group is for independent VAT advisors, consultants, or group companies managing compliance across multiple entities without a traditional firm structure.

The Peer Network rate ($299/mo, save $200/mo off the $499 standard rate) is a referral-only tier available exclusively through partner codes issued by BICA or approved CoralLedger partners. To access it, enter your partner code on the registration page. Once locked in, this rate stays with you for life while subscribed.

The Merchant Network rate ($349/mo, save $150/mo off the $499 standard rate) is a referral-only tier for CoralLedger Point, available through a referral code from Chambers of Commerce, business associations, or approved CoralLedger partners. To access it, enter the code on the CoralLedger Point registration page. Once unlocked, this rate remains locked while you stay subscribed.

The flow is simple: (1) assign the practitioner of record to the client, (2) activate that practitioner’s attestation profile, and (3) prefill appears only when both are active at filing time. By proceeding, the practitioner is making a legal attestation under Section 32 that the return is true and correct in their authorised capacity. CoralLedger Comply also flags carve-outs for manual review before attestation, including real estate deposits around rate changes and rate-spanning continuous supplies.
