By accessing or using CoralLedger's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Description of Service

CoralLedger provides VAT compliance software solutions for businesses operating in The Bahamas, including:

  • CoralLedger Comply - Multi-client VAT management platform for accountants
  • CoralLedger Point - Point-of-sale system for retailers

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session

4. Payment Terms

For paid services, you agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law.

Founders Circle Deposits: The $50 Founders Circle deposit is fully refundable at any time before product launch. After launch, deposits are credited toward your first month's subscription.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CoralLedger Ltd. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

CoralLedger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Disclaimer

CoralLedger provides tools to assist with VAT compliance but does not provide tax advice. Users are responsible for ensuring their compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. We recommend consulting with a qualified tax professional.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Commonwealth of The Bahamas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
